RETURN & REFUND
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
For personalized items, if your order exceeded 24 hours, we do not accept cancle and refund. If you need change desian please kindly contact us at echocrafts@aliyun. com. Order modify and re-production fee may be applied.
Please be noted: The return address is not the 'ship from' address of the package you received. We reserve the right to waive liability if you return the package to the 'ship from' address.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers

How Do I Exchange An Item/Order?
You can exchange a purchased product within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your return policy states that I have to return the product in its original packaging. I no longer have the original packaging - can I still return it?
To make sure that all customers will receive a complete, defect-free product, the products returned must be in a resellable status. We are sorry that products without the original packaging cannot be returned.
